Then, Cecil County Parks and Rec’s Nick Moon returns with great information about spring sports opportunities for young people. Finally, Cecil TV’s Lily Jackson interviews Susan Smith of Bobbie Ann’s Dance Studio in Elkton about International Women’s day.
