We meet Rachael Coffey, CCST Teacher and Golden Owl Award Nominee
Rachael Coffey is an agriculture science teacher at the Cecil County School of Technology who has been nominated for the Golden Owl Award. The award is co-sponsored by the Maryland FFA, Nationwide Insurance and the Maryland Farm Bureau. The Golden Owl Award is a program to recognize agricultural educators from across the nation.
